In this introduction of the comusik Podcast, we present the team and the context in which the Podcast will be developed with its different themes.
We propose a space in which we can share our and other colleagues´ works, in order to generate an exchange of experiences and feedbacks of the current creative work.
We are a group of independent musicians who want to share their experiences, projects and creations with and in collaboration with other artists. Each person works autonomously and contributes to the group without the need to assume permanent roles.
Our goal is to reach our colleagues, music lovers, as well as cultural managers who promote current creations, collaborations and composers.
In this season 9 of the comusik Podcast, we present the projects of fellow musicians who have given a new approach to their artistic discourse and identity with the use of current and past technologies.

SILVERBONES is a multi-sensory sojourn utilising modular synthesizers, noisy guitar riffs, dark vocals, swaying bass lines and unpredictable drums. This band formation and album is an initiative of multidisciplinary performer and musician Ibelisse Guardia Ferragutti, inspired by the landscapes of her home country Bolivia. Together with multi-instrumentalist and sound artist Jochem van Tol, improviser, drummer and composer Frank Rosaly and Liú Mottes revered Indie guitarist. Guest musicians punk Bassist Janneke de Jong and Jazz Bass clarinetist Tobias Klein.
They created an album on which different musical influences meet and merge; a fabric of Andean folklore, rock, punk and electronica. The music is particularly enkindled by a desolate mountain, Cerro Rico, in Potosí, Bolivia which was plundered of its silver during the Spanish colonization. Ibelisse’s aim is to create songs that pay tribute to that mountain.
